Foundation Sires
We build cattle the old-fashioned way — with modern tools. Every decision is driven by both phenotype and genotype. The animal has to look right and be correct in its conformation. We also pay close attention to DNA, EPDs, efficiency testing, and ultrasound carcass data.
Our goal is straightforward: produce functional, high-performing Registered Herefords that work in the pasture and on the rail under Central Texas conditions — without forgetting about beef quality.

A true calving-ease and low-birth-weight specialist. His dam is widely regarded as one of the best cows in the breed. Ranks in the top 25% or better for 15 of 20 traits and is a trait leader for 11 of them, especially maternal traits, marbling, and the profit indexes.
